New EDC Range Landing Soon

Big Things Coming in 2026: New TTK EDC Range Launching Soon

It’s been a little while since our last update, so we thought it was time to bring everyone up to speed on what’s been happening behind the scenes at Tassie Tiger Knives (TTK).

The start of the year has been huge for us, and we’re excited to announce that we’re about to launch an all-new Everyday Carry (EDC) range, starting with our Bird & Game Knife.

In total, this new range will include six knivesfour fixed blades and two folders — designed to cover everything from hunting and field dressing to daily utility tasks.

New Steels for the TTK Range

For this range we’ve stepped outside our usual go-to steels and spent a lot of time trialling new options to deliver great performance while keeping our prices competitive.

The fixed blades in the EDC range are made from 14C28N stainless steel, while the folders feature VG10 steel blades.

Both steels have impressed us during testing. They offer excellent edge retention, corrosion resistance and durability — all important qualities for knives that will see real use in the field.

Just as importantly, we’ve worked closely with our suppliers to keep the price down. We know times are tough, and one thing TTK has always stood for is quality gear at very competitive prices.

The First Release: Bird & Game Knife

The first knife to launch in the range will be our Bird & Game Fixed Blade.

All fixed blades in the EDC lineup will come with a quality Kydex sheath and belt clip, making them easy to carry and quick to access in the field.

The Bird & Game knife has a deep-belly blade shape, designed specifically for dressing game quickly and cleanly. During testing we’ve used it on everything from ducks and rabbits to deer and foxes, and it has performed exceptionally well.

The blade holds a great edge and the shape makes processing game straightforward and efficient.

With duck season approaching in Victoria, we think this one is going to be a real favourite among hunters.

Handle options will include:

  • Black G10

  • Jade G10

Both provide excellent grip and durability in all weather conditions.

Utility and EDC Fixed Blades

Alongside the Bird & Game knife, we’ll also be releasing two additional fixed blade designs.

Wharncliffe Fixed Blade

The Wharncliffe blade is designed as a compact precision utility knife. The straight cutting edge makes it ideal for controlled work such as carving, detailed cuts and general camp tasks. Another bonus is that the blade shape is extremely easy to sharpen, making it a practical everyday user.

Drop Point Fixed Blade

For those who prefer a more traditional blade shape, our Drop Point Fixed Blade will be a versatile EDC option suited to almost any task.

In fact, during testing we even ended up using this knife for field dressing game when we forgot our dedicated game knife. While it doesn’t have the same belly as the Bird & Game model, it still handled the job surprisingly well.

Across the fixed blade EDC range you can expect:

  • Blade length: ~80 mm

  • Overall length: ~170 mm

This size keeps them compact, practical and easy to carry every day.

New TTK Folding Knives

The final two knives in the range are our new TTK folding knives, built for everyday carry.

These folders feature:

  • VG10 steel blades

  • Durable G10 handles

  • Titanium pocket clip

  • Button lock mechanism

  • Ceramic ball bearings for smooth action

We’ll be offering two blade shapes:

  • Drop Point

  • Wharncliffe-style blade

Weighing in at just 73 grams, these knives are light, strong and incredibly smooth to operate. We’re expecting these folders to become very popular among hunters, tradies and anyone looking for a reliable EDC knife.

Coming Soon to Stores

We’re expecting this new range to land in stock any day now.

You’ll be able to find them through over 250 stores across Australia, the USA and New Zealand, as well as through our online channels.

If possible, we always encourage people to support their local hunting store, so keep an eye out for them there first. We’ll also be sharing updates and links on our social pages once the knives arrive.

More Coming Later This Year

And we’re not stopping there.

We’ve also got a few larger fixed blade knives planned for release later in the year, so stay tuned for more details on those.
